General purpose of this work is the evaluation of stakeholders’ carrying out their duties about education program of teaching application. In this investigation singular scanning model is used, and practice school administers coordinators, national education directors and coordinators, faculty administers and directors in Elazığ, Erzincan, Erzurum, Diyarbakır, Malatya and Ağrı, in eastern and southeastern parts of Turkey are included. As sample taking method, “simple random sampling method” is used. Totally seven different scaling and one for each participating group are prepared by the investigator. For preparation of these scales “Faculty-School Cooperation” and “Guide for Candidate Teachers” are taken as basis. In investigating the data SPSS 16 quantity data analysis program is used and the data are analyzed with the techniques such as frequency, percentage, arithmetic average and standard deviation. At the end of the investigation stakeholders are seen to perform their duties and responsibilities in great extent. But cooperation between faculty-school and faculty- national education directors, their organizing meetings, seminars etc., determining the teachers and their classes, application of activities at schools, checking and evaluation of the application are problematic.
