In this study, it is especially tried to specify the undesired behaviors of students and teachers in school and the origin of some of these directorial behaviors. This study was carried out by reviewing the related literature. It is then tried to put some new approaches for eliminating these undesired behaviors related to students, teachers and directors. And it is tried to cope with these undesired behaviors in school educational environment.
