ENCLITIC PREPOSITIONS IN KUTADGU BILIG

Abstract

In Turkish language prepositions are non-sense words but when used with other words refer to a sense. Prepositions have a wide range of application because of being Auxiliary language elements. They gathered under the title many as themselves. One of them is the group met with the enclitic term. Enclitic preposition vary according to the sound structure of words, sometimes they are attached to the word that is seen that the stereotypes used in conjunction. Enclitic prepositions which are used each period of turkish language ,can be seen the work of Kutadgu Bilig in the middle of Turkish Language seems to be very common occurrence and play an important role in order to fully understand the verses. This study covers the enclitic prepositions whic are mentioned in Kutadgu Bilig. First summarized the work done so far on enclitic preposition and the enclitic concepts laid out in accordance with these ideas are discussed. Particularly after being given detailed information about the terms of the researchers working on prepositions enclitic definitions and approaches, in Kutadgu Bilig also feel a reflection on the works of Oğuzcan the course of history itself and Middle Turkish periods have been mentioned in a short way. After that the prepositions ok, ol, la, ma/me and mat met, erinç, erki and yime are known enclitic prepositions, and it also detailed that these prepositions are used as probability, perplexity, suspicion, time, indication in Kutadgu Bilig these prepositions in examining every aspect of the structure, the changes they had a duty to use and has tried to expose the sample couplets. For a better understanding of these structures examples are given according to turkish language. This work contains the enclitic prepositions in Kutadgu Bilig and for giving an idea of the Middle Turkish period enclitic prepositions and also will be resources for researchers working in this field.
