Abstract

As one of the world’s most powerful states in history that replaces the Great Seljuks lived the golden ages during the reign of Sultan Malikshah (1072-1092). Sultan Malikshah’s brother Tâcuddawla Tutush established branch of the Syrian Seljuks as dependent on Malikshah. After the death of Malikshah, Tutush died in the struggle for the throne of Great Seljuk with his nephew Berkyaruk. Syria Seljuks splitted with that Rıdwân b. Tutush found principality in Aleppo and Dukak b. Tutush found principality in Damascus. After this process, Malik Rıdwân struggled with his brother Malik Dukak of Damascus Seljuk Prince. Malik Rıdwân, who wanted to found combination of Syria Seljuk at himself reign, struggled to not only expanding to north direction his country but also seizing to Damascus. But Malik Rıdwân didn’t conclude from his attempts. With the arrival of Crusaders to Bilâd-ı Sham, Malik Rıdwân sticked at Aleppo and didn’t control over his country. At this critic time, Community of Aleppo and environment of its struggled with not only attackings of Crusaders but also crisis economical and social which caused wars. With the arrival of Crusaders to Middle East, Aleppo and its of environment increased its of importance. In this geography, wars and political strifes were never ended. Assassins and Armenians, who shaped factors of life of economical and social at Aleppo and vicinity of its, tried to acting proper their interests at region. Sometimes Armenians supported to Crusaders against Muslims, in sometimes struggled with Crusaders. Assassins utilized competitions of Muslim princes. Thus especially, they founded center of propaganda and hence tried to convert Assassin public of vicinity. Assassins joined to fights of political and killed with conspiracy some princes.
