Abstract

A community of cultures that differ to some extent in the common culture "subculture" is called. The definition as a kind of sub-culture grupsal which differ from the general fabric of society every action possible. In this context, the society they belong to the traditional values and ways of life that are different from those of community groups constitute a subculture. In today's modern society, it is seen that many subcultures units. Behavior of the structure of the dominant culture in every society, clothing, language, beliefs and customs that are different subcultures. A wide range of racial and ethnic groups in society consisting of frequently encountered this kind of subculture. Subcultures, is slightly different from the common culture, they are part of the common culture next to the unique cultural features. Colour seen in clothes, style characteristics, variation in eating, drinking, speaking different dialects common in language, different instrument in music, differences seen in architecture, reflecting the lower value of saving culture and wealth are shared culture. Subculture, culture refers to the group that is different from the dominant culture. Group members approve these differences, they want more. Sub-culture concept, does not mean minor or trivial emphasizes the difference. as a society is undergoing rapid social transformation in Turkey, the situation is one of the most affected sectors, "the youth and young people" to come. field research on youth subcultures are extremely limited, there is a need for scientific studies on the subject. In this study we tried to be depicted gothic subculture with the negotiations.
