THE RESEARCH OF RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PATIENT SATISFACTION, PATIENT LOYALTY AND DEMOGRAPHIC FACTORS HASTA MEMNUNİYETİ, HASTA SADAKATİ VE DEMOGRAFİK ÖZELLİKLER ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİNİN İNCELENMESİ
This study has two primary objectives. First of all, it is to determine the impact of patient satisfaction on patient loyalty. The second objective is to determine the relationship between demographic variables, patient satisfaction and patient loyalty. Among demographic variables, patients' age groups, genders, civil statuses, training levels and income levels were taken into account. The population of the study is comprised of patients hospitalized at Gülkent State Hospital based in Isparta. Data were collected using survey method (face to face interviews). Data obtained from the research were analyzed with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences). According to analysis results, a positive and statistically significant relationship was determined between patient satisfaction and patient loyalty. A statistically significant difference was determined between the patients' civil status-educational levels and ages and satisfaction and loyalty levels.
