Thus there are 7 Turkic states, 13 autonomous Turkic Republic, nearly 50 Turkic society all around the world today, and they totally have a population more than 300 million. Turkish is the 5th biggest spoken language on earth and it is spoken as mother-language by the Turks settled in the middle and western Europe as well as all across Middle Asia, Caucasus, Anatolia and Thrace. Thus it is necessary that this robust power should burden leading roles as a global actor, and in line with this issue, significant and affective strategic projects should be implemented among both states and non-governmental organizations. Instead of past superficial or ineffective cooperation, it is necessary not to be late anymore for exploring vision-wide and supportive works and deeds in the Turkic World today.
