Abstract

Milk, which can meet the individual nutritional needs alone and contains vital nutrients, has a very important place in nutrition. The properties of the drinking pot are a matter of consumer safety, storage time, taste and aroma, and drinking milk consumption habits may vary. Along with the social and economic developments of the countries, changes in consumption habits and consumption amounts can be reflected in the consumption habits of the drinking water. The growth and expansion of retail chains and the start of selling many brands of products at the same raft; increased the competition of enterprises, accelerated the product development process and directed the enterprises to product diversification. The purpose of this study is to determine the drinking habits of university students who are young consumers. It is important to investigate the drinking puzzle, which is important in terms of public health and balanced nutrition, in the framework of the youth market, which nourishes the future middle and advanced age markets and shapes consumer behaviors. In the study, data were collected from university students by online survey method. The data obtained from 452 participants in the study by easy sampling method were analyzed in the appropriate statistical program. Reliability analysis, frequency analysis and chi-square test were performed in the study. The relationship between the levels of information about young people nutritional nutrition and the importance of applications to quality / food safety management systems, which are important for milk, and drinking milk consumption were examined by chi-square analysis.
