Abstract
Kur’an-ı Kerîm, akıl cevhe¬rine karşı ve onu denge¬lemek için yaratılmış olan şeytanın, insanın kan damarla¬rında dolaşırcasına peşini bırakma¬¬dığını ve onun hem apaçık hem de en sinsi düşmanı olduğunu ısrarla vurgular. Şeytan (ilk ismiyle İblîs) din desteğiyle gerçek anlamda faal olabi¬lecek “akıl” cevhe¬rine karşı ve onu denge¬lemek için yaratılmış, sanal sayılabilen bir kuvvettir. Ateş¬ten yaratıl¬mış olması baha¬nesiyle guru¬rlanıp Hz. Âdem (a.s)’e secdeye etmediğinden İlâhî huzurdan kovulmuş, bu defa da düştüğü ümit-sizliğin şidde¬tiyle Hz. Âdem’e ve nesline en hilekâr düşman kesilmiştir. Allah (c.c), insanlara yapacakları fiilleri kendi hür irade¬leriyle tercih etme hakkını vermiş olup, aslında onları şeytanların vesvese ve aldat¬malarıyla dene-mektedir. O halde Yüce Allah şeytanı, din ile frenlenerek faydalı hale getirile-bilecek bir ihtirası insana aşılasın diye yaratmış olmalıdır. Şeytanın vasıflarından “mârid veya merîd”, onun “kontrol¬den çıkıp bir kötülüğe kilit¬len¬diğini ve onu düşman bilmeyen insanları da hataya düşürüp kazalara yön¬lendirdiğini anlatır. Aynı kökten “mirrîd” keli¬me¬si de fecî şekilde alkollü demek¬tir. Üretilmesinden içilmesine kadar alkolün her safha¬sına katkısı olan şeytan, aşırı hız tutkusunda olduğu gibi, alkollü araç kul¬lanma¬da da insanı en sivri dürtülerle etkileyip trafik kaza¬larına sürükler. Şeytanın tuzaklarına düşmemek için sağlam bir irâdeyle Yüce Allâh’a sığınmak gerekir; O’nun ihlâslı kullarını şeytanın hiçbir dürtüsü etkileyemez. Buna göre trafik kazalarını önlemenin en etkin yolu olan eğitim, insanın fıtra¬tına yerle¬şik inanç kökleriyle desteklenmeli ki, güdük kalmasın.

Abstract
The Gracious Qoran emphasizes frequently that the Satan whom was created to balance the wisdom power, and never abandons his behind space as if walking in human’s veins. Satan is the clearest and -in the same time-the sliest enemy for him. Satan (who named Iblees in the orijin) is created as a virtual effect opposite to ore of mind which will be real effective with support on the religion. Satan’s created also to balance the mind. Satan has rejected to kowtow for Prophet Adam (p.b.u.h) because of was created from the fire and fended off by Allah. And this time, by the cause of its hoplessness, become the most harmfull enemy to Him and his generations. Allah has gave human freely to decide or invite what they do. So He exams them how they act by the deceptions or tricks of Satan. Then Allah has created the devil for instilling in people a passion that will be breaked and become usefull by the Coranic Religion. One of the adjectives of the Devil is “maarid or mareed” that means to be out of control and never abstain from any crafty motivation. The Devil misguides and drugs the human being to a worst traffic accident those don’t know him as the important and the biggest enemy. And another adjective “mirreed” as a co-origin word, means a blind drunken. If we mention that the Devil attempts the alcoholic drinks to its all phases, can easily say that Satan incites the alcoholic drivers through to road accidents as does as in excessive speed pasion. If someone doesn’t want to fall the trap of the Devil, he must be resolute against to Satanic motives and to take shelter in God. Because the Devil isn’t effectual on those don’t mention the Satanic tricks. Than to prevent the traffic accidents the most effective and unique precaution is the education. Therefore if the congenital roots of education don’t be nourished by the blieves, it’ll become stumpy.
