Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı; İlköğretim kurumlarında görevli öğretmenlerin, okul ortamında morale ilişkin algılarını ortaya koymak ve bunun sonucu daha çalışılabilir okul ortamları oluşturmaktır. Araştırma sonucu elde edilen bulguların, ilköğretim kurumlarında görevli öğretmenlerin okul ortamında morale ilişkin algılarını tespit ederek olumlu morali arttıracak çalışmaların yapılmasına öncülük etmesi beklenmektedir. Bu araştırmada, bulgulara ulaşmak için; "Anket Survey" türünde bir betimleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya analiz teknikleri yönünden bakıldığında, nicel (Quantitative) bir araştırmadır. Bu araştırmada elde edilen bulguların analizinde, "Sosyal Bilimler İçin İstatistik Paket Programları (SPSS)" kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini; 2011-2012 öğretim yılı Bolu il Mudurnu ilçesinde, 8 bağımsız sınıflı ilköğretim okulunda görev yapan, 106 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada evren üzerinde çalışılmış örneklem belirleme yoluna gidilmemiştir. Bu araştırmada; verileri toplamak için, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen ve kişisel bilgi formu ile okul ortamında öğretmenlerin morale ilişkin algılarını içeren ve iki bölümden oluşan bir ölçme aracı kullanılmıştır. Ölçme aracının araştırmanın çalışma gruplarını oluşturan; öğretmenlere uygulanması sonucu elde edilen veriler, SPSS (Statistical For Social Sciences) for Windows paket programına yüklenmiş ve iç güvenirliği için hesaplanan "Cronbach (Alfa)" katsayısı .88 olarak bulunmuştur. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre öğretmenlerin okul ortamında morale ilişkin algılarının “çoğunlukla” yüksek olduğu söylenebilir. Öğretmenlerin okul ortamında morali algılamada cinsiyet, hizmet yılı ve öğrenim durumu değişkenlerine göre algıları arasında anlamlı bir farkın olmadığı görülmüştür.

Abstract
The aim of this research; to reveal the perception of the morale in primary school teachers and as a result of this to create more workable school environment.By the results of the research , identifying the perception of the morale in primary school teachers is expected to lead the attempts increasing morale studies.It has been used a describing method type of survey.Looking the research in terms of analysis techniques, It ıs a quantitative research. Analysis of the results of this research, SPSS has been used.The population of the research contains 106 primary school teachers who are 8 independent class in primary school in Mudurnu town ,in Bolu city,2011-2012 Educational Year .In the research ,It wasn’t used determining sample studying on population. In this research, A measurement tool developed by the researcher has been used to collect the data which consists of two sections ;one is personal information form and the other is the form consisting the perception of the morale in school environment. The data that applied to the teachears the measurement tool that forming the working groups of the research; SPPS has been installed for Windows 8 and ‘Cronbach (Alfa) coefficient’ has been found 88 that is calculated for internal consistency. According to the data getting from the research , It can be said that the perception of morale of the teachers is ‘mostly’ high in the school environment.It has been observed that there is no significant difference between the perception of morale and according to the variables gender,year of service and education level.
