TÜRKÇE DERSLERİNDE OKUMA VE DİL BECERİLERİNİN ARTIRILMASINDA KUANTUM YÖNTEMİNİN KULLANILMASI: EYLEM ARAŞTIRMASI ÖNERİSİ

Abstract
Eğitim ve öğretimde dünya, her geçen gün bir gelişim ve değişim göstermektedir. Bu süreç eğitimde farklı eğitim modellerinin ve programların uygulanmasını da beraberinde getirmektedir. Kuantum öğrenme modeli de bunlardan biridir. Bu öğrenme biçiminin kişisel gelişimin revaçta olduğu günümüzde eğitime yeni bir soluk getirmesi düşünülmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, öğrencilerin okuma ve dil becerilerinin artırılmasında Kuantum Öğrenme Modeli’nden yararlanarak ortaokullar için bir eğitim uygulaması ve yöntem olarak da eylem araştırmasının kullanılmasına ilişkin bir öneri sunmaktır. Bu çalışmada, Türkçe dersi örneği üzerinden sunulan ve başka ders ve branşlarda da uygulanabilecek olan KÖM’ün; araştırmacı, öğretmen, öğrenci ve ailelerin de içinde bulunduğu bütüncül bir öğrenme yaklaşımının uygulanabilirliği çerçevesinde örnek uygulamalar önerilmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında kuantum modeli ve yönteminin arka planı, modelin içeriği, bu alanda yapılan çalışmalar, KÖM ve Aile Eğitimi örnek seminer programı, Günlük Supercamp programı ve uygulamada yöntem olarak kullanılabilecek eylem araştırmasının aşamalarına yer verilmiştir. Bu çalışma yeni bir modeli geliştirme ve eylem planı uygulaması olduğundan nitel araştırma deseninin bir eylem araştırması yöntemiyle modellenmiştir. Eylem araştırmasının amacı eğitim alanında, eğitim dünyasında ortaya çıkan gerçekleri sistematik olarak anlamak ve onu değiştirerek geliştirmeye çalışmaktır. Eğitim uygulamalarında KÖM yönteminin kullanılmasıyla araştırmacı, öğretmen ve öğrenci verimliliğinin ve başarısının artırılması hedeflenmektedir.

Abstract
In education and training, the world shows a development and change every day. This process entails the implementation of education in different models and programs and quantum learning model is one of them. This form of learning is expected to bring a new breath to education today when personal development is in demand. The purpose of this study is to present a proposal regarding using educational practice of Quantum Learning Method in improving students’ reading and language skills for secondary schools and action research as a method. In this study, case studies in the framework of feasibility of an integrated learning approach in which researchers, teachers, students and families take place were suggest about Quantum Learning Method, which is presented through Turkish classes and can be practiced in different classes and disciplines. This study involves the background of the quantum model and method, content model, the previous studies, Quantum Learning Method and Family Training sample seminar program, daily Supercamp program and the steps of research activities that can be used as a method in practice. As this study is a new model development and implementation of action plan, the qualitative research design is modelled by an action research method. The purpose of the action research is to systematically comprehend the facts that emerged in the field of education and to try to improve it by changing. With the practice of Quantum Learning Method in education, increasing the efficiency and success of researchers, teachers and students is intended.
