Abstract
Araştırma öğretmenlerin etkili okula yönelik görüşlerini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden durum çalışması kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2017-2018 eğitim-öğretim yılı Bolu ili Yeniçağa ilçesindeki ilkokul ve ortaokullarda görev yapan 30 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem seçiminde kolay ulaşılabilir durum örneklemesi ve gönüllü örneklem seçimi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada verilerin toplanmasında öğretmen görüşlerini belirlemek amacıyla standartlaştırılmış açık uçlu soru tekniğine uygun olarak yarı yapılandırılmış sorulardan oluşan anket formu kullanılmıştır. Betimsel analiz yönteminin kullanıldığı araştırmada, araştırma soruları doğrultusunda veri analizi için temalar oluşturulmuş, elde edilen kodlar birbirleriyle ve diğer kodlarla da ilişkisi göz önünde bulundurularak temalara yerleştirilmiştir. Temalarda belirtilen kodlar göz önünde bulundurularak doğrudan alıntılara yer verilmiş ve yorumlar yapılmıştır. Geçerlik çalışmaları kapsamında eğitim yönetimi ve ölçme değerlendirme alanında uzman iki öğretim üyesi tarafından incelenmiş, temaların ve kodlamaların uygun olup olmadığı karşılaştırma yapılarak kontrol edilmiştir. Yapılan güvenirlik çalışması sonucunda, analizlerin tutarlık oranı yüzde % 86 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, öğretmenlerin etkililik kavramını açıkladıkları bazı ifadeler; öğretme gücü, işbirliği yapma, başarılı olma, amaca ulaşma, öğrencilere olumlu davranış kazandırma, bireyleri etkileme, projeler yapma, okulu geliştirme, kendini geliştirme, yenilikçi olma, lider olmadır. Etkili okul, öğretmenler tarafından yöneticilerinin iyi bir yönetim becerisine sahip olması, takım çalışmalarına önem verme, yarışmalarda dereceye girme, lider bir yöneticiye sahip olma, topluma iyi vatandaşlar kazandırma, öğrencilerin yeteneklerini ortaya çıkarma, teknolojik gelişmeleri takip etme, değerler eğitimine önem verme, yenilikçi öğretim metotlarını uygulama, iyi bir fizik donanıma ve kaynağa sahip olma olarak ifade edilmiştir. Etkili okullar öğretmen, öğrenci, okul yöneticileri, eğitim-öğretim süreci, aile ve çevre, okul kültürü ve iklimi ve fiziki yapı ve diğer temaları altında toplanmıştır.

Abstract
The research was conducted in order to determine the opinions of the teachers towards the effective school. The case study was used in the research qualitative research methods. The study group of the study is composed of 30 teachers working in elementary and junior high schools in the district of Yençağa, Bolu province, 2017-2018 academic year. The choice of the sample was made using easily accessible case and volunteer sample selection. A questionnaire consisting of semi-structured questionnaires was used in order to determine teacher opinions in the collection of data in accordance with standardized open-ended question technique. In the research using descriptive analysis method, the themes were prepared for data analysis in the direction of the research questions, and the obtained codes were placed on the basis of each other and considering the relation with other codes. A direct citation was made and comments were made taking into consideration the codes indicated in the theme. Within the scope of validity studies, two faculty members in the field of education management and measurement evaluation were examined and it was checked whether the themes and coding were appropriate or not. As a result of the reliability study, the consistency rate of the analyzes was 86%. According to the results of the research, some expressions that teachers explain the concept of effectiveness; teaching power, cooperating, being successful, attaining achievement, giving positive behaviors to the students, affecting the individuals, making projects, school development, self improvement, being innovative, not the leader. Effective school has been designed to provide teachers with the skills and knowledge needed by managers to have good managerial skills, to engage in team work, to become a champion in competitions, to have a leading manager, to gather good citizens, to discover the talents of students, to follow technological developments, The application of the methods is expressed as having a good physical equipment and resource. Effective schools are gathered under teacher, student, school administrators, education and training process, family and environment, school culture and climate, physical structure and other themes.
