6. SINIF TÜRKÇE DERS KİTAPLARINDAKİ METİNLERİN DEĞERLER EĞİTİMİ AÇISINDAN İNCELENMESİ (EKSEN YAYINCILIK)

Abstract
Yapılan bu çalışma ile toplumun istendik yönde bireyler yetiştirmede başvurduğu değer eğitimi çalışmalarından olan ders kitapları bağlamından hareketle Eksen yayıncılık tarafından hazırlanan 6. sınıf Türkçe Ders Kitabında yer alan 24 okuma metni, 8 dinleme, 8 serbest okuma metni olmak üzere ders kitabında yer alan 40 metin değerler eğitimi açısından incelenerek, metinlerde yer alan değerler nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman incelenmesi tekniği kullanılarak tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı Talim ve Terbiye Kurulu Başkanlığının 18. Milli Eğitim Şurası’nda kabul edilen Değerler Eğitimi Yönergesi’nde ön plana çıkan değerler dikkate alınarak çalışma verileri toplanmış ve elde edilen veriler içerik analizi yolu ile analiz edilmiştir. İncelenen metinler tablolaştırılıp tespit edilen değerler grafik üzerinden sunulup analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda tespit edilen değerler temalar bağlamında incelendiğinde değerlerin temalara dengeli bir şekilde dağıldığı fakat değer sayısının metinlere eşit bir şekilde dağılmadığı görülmektedir. Ders kitabında sevgi, sorumluluk ve vatanseverlik değerleri ile şiir, makale ve hikâye türlerinin ağırlıkta oldukları fakat en fazla değerin şiir türlerinde yer aldığı tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca araştırma sonucunda genel anlamda elde edilen diğer bir sonuç ise değerler eğitimi açısından bakıldığında ders kitabının 14 farklı metin türü ve 35 farklı değer barındırması açısından zengin olduğu, değerleri aktarmada başarılı ve yeterli olduğudur. Çalışma sonucunda alanla ilgili önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Abstract
Based on this study, the textbooks which are among the value education studies which are applied in order to educate individuals in the desired direction of society, 24 reading texts in 8th Grade Turkish Course Book prepared by Eksen Publishing, 8 listening texts, 8 free reading texts and 40 text values in the textbook. In terms of education, the values in the texts have been tried to be determined by using the technique of document analysis of qualitative research methods. In the 18th National Education Council of the Ministry of National Education, values for the values education values were taken into consideration and the data were collected and the data were analyzed by content analysis. The analyzed texts were tabulated and the determined values were presented and analyzed on the graph. When the values determined as a result of the analysis are examined in terms of themes, it is seen that the values are distributed evenly to the themes but the number of values is not distributed evenly to the texts. In his textbook, it was determined that love, responsibility and patriotism values and poetry, article and story types were dominant but the highest value was found in poetry types. In addition, as a result of the research, the result of the study is that the textbook is rich in terms of 14 different text types and 35 different values, and it is successful and sufficient to pass the values. As a result of the study, suggestions were made about the area.
