Abstract
Örmenin tarihine bakıldığında çok eski zamanlara dayandığı görülmektedir. İlk olarak el örmeciliği ile başlayan süreç zamanla yeni makinelerin icadı ve teknolojinin gelişmesiyle birlikte örmecilikte önemli gelişmeler ortaya çıkmıştır. Başlarda ihtiyaç için oluşturulan örme yüzeyler zamanla estetik ve farklı fonksiyonel özellikleri için oluşturulmaya başlanmıştır. Günümüzde tüm branşlar birbirleriyle disiplinler arası çalışmalar gerçekleştirmektedir. Sanat da bu alanlardan bir tanesidir. Sanat alanında birçok farklı anasanat dalı bir arada ortak işler yürütmeye başlamışlardır. Bunlardan ikisi de heykel ve tekstildir. Tekstil ve heykel, örme sanatının kullanılmasıyla bir ortak paydada buluşmuştur. Bu konunun başlığı da üç boyutlu örme heykellerdir. Üç boyutlu örme heykeller örgü yapılarının heykel formunda tasarlandığı çalışmaları ifade etmektedir. Bu çalışmalarda kullanılan malzemeler, doku, renk, form ve oluşturulan yapıların farklılığı tasarımların çeşitlenmesine yardımcı olmaktadır. Ülkemizde olduğu gibi Dünyada da bu türden çalışmalar hız kazanmıştır. Sanatçılar duygularını bu tür sanat eserleriyle ortaya çıkarmaya başlamıştır. Ülkemizde yapılan sergilerde bunun örneklerini sıklıkla görmeye başladık. Bu çalışmada ülkemizde ve dünyada bu alanda çalışan tasarımcıların örnekleri ve yöntemleri incelenmiştir. Yapılmış örnekler ele alınmıştır. Kullanılan malzemeler tespit edilmiştir. Tasarımın oluşum süreçleri incelenmiştir. Yapılmış çalışmalardan ilham alınarak yeni bir tasarım örneği oluşturulmuştur. Yapılan tasarımda birkaç yöntem bir arada uygulanarak bir tasarım ortaya çıkartılmıştır.

Abstract
When we look at the history of knitting, it can be seen that it dates back to ancient times. The process first started with hand knitting, and over time, with the invention of new machines and the development of technology, important developments in knitting have emerged. Knitted surfaces, which were initially created for necessity, began to be created for aesthetic and different functional features over time. Today, all branches carry out interdisciplinary studies with each other. Art is one of these fields. In the field of art, many different major branches of art have started to carry out joint works together. Two of these are sculpture and textiles. Textile and sculpture have a common denominator through the use of knitting art. The title of this topic is three-dimensional knitted sculptures. Three-dimensional knitted sculptures refer to works in which knitted structures are designed in sculpture form. Differences in the materials, texture, color, form and structures used in these works help diversify the designs. Such studies have gained momentum in the world as well as in our country. Artists began to reveal their emotions through such works of art. We started to see examples of this frequently in exhibitions held in our country. In this study, the examples and methods of designers working in this field in our country and around the world were examined. Made examples are discussed. The materials used have been identified. The formation processes of the design were examined. A new design example was created by taking inspiration from the work done. In the design, a design was created by applying several methods together.
