Rızaeddin Fahreddin is against to localization and purification in the language. İn this respect, Rizaeddin Fahreddin’s literary works are from works to be examined. Rizaeddin Fahreddin has got two literary works. These are “Esma yaki Amel ve Ceza” and “Selime yaki İffet”. First, Selime and Esma was written by the Arabic script and the Ottoman orthography and then Selime and Esma were published again by the Cyrillic alphabet, also by transkribing. In this article, significant work in the field of religious and educational life of the Muslim Turks in the Volga-Ural region, who had worked as a kadi and mufti under the Orenburg Dinie Ministery ,famous mufti Rızaeddin Fahreddin's literary works in the language and vocabulary treasury are mentioned. In this study the types of words, frequency of words, how many languages the word is used in the work and the use of frequency which is given. The fields of concept areas and concepts created by the author's words and frequencies are determined.
