Despite the orderssent from the center of the state solutions did’nt found for the complaints of the people and unfair taxes continued to be collected. A lot of people, leaved their the houses and the village because of unfairtaxes. The families whose income worsened were exempt from Avariz taxes. The highness of number of the families who were exempted from Avariz taxes in the center of Aleppo is a indicator shows that the people who lives in rural Aleppo affected much more by the negative developments that occured that time.
