In fact, the way to have positional, action, mental, emotional consistency and tenacity goes through becoming aware and experiencing the notion of direction. Because having a direction, is an experience of avoiding extremes, which we call lavish and tephrite, and reaching balance and consistency. With all of these aspects, the direction which has positional, action, mental, emotional tenacity, stability and consistency is to catch emotional and mental balance, with avoiding the extreme attitude as well. At this point, the direction is to pay attention that avoiding from lavish and tephrite and finding a golden mean on eating, drinking, beliefs, worshiping, practices, tempers, spending time and all of the works. For this reason, sense of direction is a prerequisite of achieving mental health including stable attitude and honesty which has the emotional and mental balance in itself. People with a sense of direction establish a balance of mind and soul, and approach life with a healing power, which enhances their decisions on life and creates a joyful energy of life. Therefore, as people who succeed in having a sense of direction approach life with consistency, balance and integrity, they also solve their emotional conflicts. Again, through the determination to eliminate their previous negative habits, as well as employing spiritual harmony, they internalize life with the discipline of sincerity. Possessing a sense of direction is also a contributing element on one’s cognitive consistency, self-realization, and self-challenging experiences.
