The purpose of this study is to determine preschool teachers’ and supervisors’ opinions related to supervisor attitudes in supervision processes of preschool education activities. In this study survey model was used and the data was collected through “Supervisor Attitudes In Supervision Processes of Preschool Education Activities Survey Form (for teachers)” (SAISPOPAFT) and “Supervisor Attitudes In Supervision Processes of Preschool Education Activities Survey Form (for supervisor)” (SAISPOPAFS) developed by getting authority views and reviewing the litearature. The validity and reliability tests of SAISPOPAFT and SAISPOPAFS were calculated. The cronbach’s alpha was found as ,97 for SAISPOPAFT and ,79 for SAISPOPAFS. The sample of the study selected by random sampling is composed of 124 teachers working in kindergartens in the seven central districts which are Fatih, Beylikdüzü, Avcılar, Bahçelievler, Küçükçekmece, Güngören, Esenler located in The European Side of Istanbul Province and 43 supervisors who had supervised these schools. The collected data was analyzed through average level and standart deviation to identify preschool teachers’ and supervisors’ opinions regarding supervisor attitudes in the supervision processes of preschool education activities. The results of the research indicated that supervisors’ opinions in survey were at “totally agree” level ( =2,87) while preschool teachers’ opinions were at “partially agree” level ( =2,22) about supervisor attitudes in processes of supervision.
