The aim of this study is to determine effect of TQM on Business Enterprise Performance. Research is made on workers who work logistic business enterprise in Trabzon and Gümüşhane. Validy and reliability analysis are made on collected datas after survey and evaluated. According to research result, it’s understood that, TQM has a significant possitive effect on Business Enterprise Performance. With regard to evaluation, there is a significant relation between TQM and Business Enterprise performance.
