From this point on the purpose of this study is to review and examine the master thesis decision making style in Turkey between the years of 2009 and 2013 and some suggestions are presented based on findings. The study is a qualitative study based on document analysis and analyzes the master thesis according to their methodologies. The sample group of study consisted of 27 master thesis that were written on the decision making style. The thesis were collected from database of the Council of the Higher Education data base web site. The main questions concerned are which topics are studied, which school levels are preferred in the study group, which research models/desingns and methods are used, how is the sample/study group is the data collection instruments are used and which data analyis techniques are used. Findings obtained by calculating frequencies and percentages presented in table form. Based on the rewiev observed that a large part of master thesis uses the survey method and elementary school level and occupational groups is the most preferred. Most of studies were experimental studies, the most preferred simple random sampling in the most preferred sampling method, scale and survey data collecting instrument is the most preferred one, and the analysis techniques used mainly are t test and one way ANOVA.
