Management of cars, drivers and pedestrians by rules is an important circumstance. Lack of rules and control makes traffic a serious matter and social threat in time. That is why traffic is managed by different tools. Traffic signs are the most known ones. Traffic signs inform drivers and pedestrians about traffic flow and the route. Beside, traffic signs are create necessity for drivers and pedestrians at the same time. In particular, the communication of drivers with traffic signs is extremely important. In this study, deciding about adults’ perception matters for traffic signs has been aimed. As data collection tool, survey form, which was prepared by researcher, has been used in this study. Collected data has been analyzed with statistic program. During the analyzing process, definitive statistics, t-test and anova test have been used. In the end of research, it was decided that adult drivers had no suitable behaviors with traffic signs and had mid-level perception matters about that issue. At the same time, adults, who are 36-45 years old, do not have driving license and a car, have high perception matters.},author={Ensar LOKMANOĞLU},year={2015},journal={The Journal of Academic Social Science Studies}}
