Vessels are affected by technical and technological improvements because they are the most economical transport of international trade in goods. Changing production concept and improving technology in shipbuilding industry considering occupational health and safety, managers require to do applications towards improving safety culture in their companies. In this paper, it is aimed to scrutinize the relationship between occupational health and safety behavior of the employees and employee performance, in the context of organizational safety climate applications in shipbuilding enterprises that they have been operating in the shipyards in the vicinity of Marmara Region.
