Nowadays it is still a troubled process of women, who held in contempt like no other caste and who can not make benefit of social resources equally and who exposed to violence, harassment and rape, to acquire their social rights properly and to build a life with their own initiatives. Women, who comprise the half of the society, have difficulty in exercise their birthrights and make benefit of social resources because of their gender. The perspective of gender mainstreaming shows us the connection between power and potency that creates the social inequalities which women are exposed to.
