İn this context application of e-government was developed as an application based on the information Technologies in Turkish Public Administration. With this application, citizens can benefit from a lot public services without going to public body. Thus time and money are saved. İn this paper first of all it was informed about the concept of e-government and benefits of e-government application. Then it was explained the history of e-government application that has been developed in Turkish Public Administration.
