Abstract

With the development of new communication technologies, social media has begun to occupy a large part of everyday life. Individuals can access the person they want from social media accounts when they want. At this point concepts such as the differentiation of meanings attached to the concept of time and space and the behavior of people have also changed. The negativities and tyrannies of everyday life have also started to move into digital media. Traditional bullying, when it occurs in virtual environments by changing the shape, evaluates it in the context of "bullying". Cyber bullying can be summarized briefly as technical or relational damaging behaviors made by an individual or group using information and communication technologies. In this study, "cyber bullying", a type of violence and carried on social media platforms, was discussed. The main objective of himself in return Bachelor Party Mina Basaran 11 March 2018 and 8 aircraft carrying the friend that took place after the social media of falling into Iranian territory cyberbullying concept study is the analysis by addressing the discursive practices in çerçerve. The study is limited to Twitter, one of the social media platforms, with #minabasaran , #minabasaran Negative tweeties for cyberbullying under the hashtag were resolved during the three day period ( 11,12,13 March 2018 ) from the day when the plane fell by the Descriptive Analysis method . As a result of the analysis carried out in the study, it was concluded that tweeters with cyber bullying were produced on the basis of socio-economic status, generally for their lifestyle. Negative content is produced on the grounds that are based on empathy , and twittering is introduced into Twitter.
