Abstract

Considering human life experience, it is known that there are rules that regulate and formulate his life. These rules are good. Morality, in this sense, takes its origin from the absolute best and is reflected in practice in the form of rules. Moral aims to bring the human to the ideal by arranging the life of the human. Morality has rules that provide social order by acting from the individual. There are some rules that must be carried in both individual and social terms when a person is a manager. The philosopher Abu Bakr Razi based these features on some rules. Ebu Bekr Razi IX. He is one of the Islamic philosophers who lived for centuries. The philosopher is known for his rational views. He has also intelligently shaped his views on moral philosophy. We know that because of being a doctor, he analyzes human nature and writes the treatises on it. The "manager's characteristics" issue, which is the subject of my work, has also been evaluated in the context of moral philosophy. The executive is the president who governs the state. While shaping the philosopher's views by using mental methods on the necessity and necessity of morality, morality and virtue have become the most important features that must be a ruler. By virtue of his moral virtue and superior virtue, he argues that normal people must first be the ruler of these characteristics. In this sense, it has an exemplary position for the executive people. A society with moral and virtue-supported social structure will emerge in the society directed by the managers who have morality and virtue. Thus, peace and justice in the social life will have emerged spontaneously.
