ÇOCUK İSTİSMARININ SOSYAL PAYLAŞIM PLATFORMLARINDA TEMSİL BİÇİMLERİ: POZANTI CEZAEVİNDE KALAN ÇOCUKLAR ÖRNEĞİNİN EKŞİ SÖZLÜK’TE SUNUMU

Abstract
Çocuk istismarı, fiziksel, cinsel, duygusal ve ekonomik boyutları olan çok yönlü bir kavramı ifade etmektedir. Çocukları ilgilendiren her konuda olduğu gibi, istismar olayı da çocuk hakları ve çocukluk durumu göz önünde bulundurularak değerlendirilmesi gereken hassas bir konudur. Çocuk hakları konusundaki uluslararası belgeler, hakların sağlanması ve korunması konusunda sadece devlete değil, vatandaşlara, ailelere ve medya gibi toplumun farklı katmanlarına da görevler yüklemektedir. Bu sebeple internetteki sosyal paylaşım platformlarını çocuk hakları konusunda gösterilmesi gereken hassasiyetten azade bir alan olarak göremeyiz. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı; çocuk istismarı olayının sosyal forum sitelerinde hangi çerçevelerde tartışıldığını ele almaktır. Çalışmanın kuramsal kısmında, tarihi gelişim süreci içinde çocuğa yüklenen anlamlar, çocuk istismarı, çocuk hakları, yeni ve çoğulcu kamusal alan olarak internet ve çocuğun temsili ile ilgili düşünceler analitik bakış açısıyla irdelenmiştir. Çalışmanın yöntem ve uygulama kısmında ise, basının ve siyasetin gündeminde uzun süre önemli bir yer tutan Pozantı Cezaevinde kalan çocuklara ilişkin gerçekleştirildiği iddia edilen taciz/tecavüz ve şiddet iddialarının Ekşi Sözlük’te nasıl sunulduğu T. Van Dijk’ın söylem analizi yöntemi ile incelenmiştir.

Abstract
Child abuse is a concept which has different dimensions such as physical, sexual, emotional and economic. As the other issues about children, child abuse also is a sensitive issue that should be considered in the context of the children rights and childhood. International documents on the children rights make not only states but also citizens, families and media responsible for save of children rights. Therefore, social networking platforms on the internet is not a free space from sensitivity should be shown on children rights. Main purpose of this study is to discuss in what ways child abuse is discussed on social networking platforms. For the theoretical part of the study; meanings assigned to children throughout the historical development process, child abuse, children’s rights, internet as a new and pluralist public space and ideas on the representation of children were analyzed through an analytical point of view. As for the method and practice part of the study how the abuse/rape and violence claims about the children in Pozantı Juvenile Hall which remained on the agendas of both press and politics were represented on Ekşi Sözlük was analyzed through T. Van Dijk’s discourse analysis method.
