Abstract
Irkçılık ve Turancılık davası ile, Türkçülük, Türk Milliyetçiliği gibi fikirler Türkiye'deki Sovyet yanlısı propagandalarla hukuk önünde yargılanarak, Sovyetler Birliği'nin sosyalist düşüncelerle yayılmasına engel olunacağına inanılan bu hareketi, Faşist Almanya'nın ırkçı ve faşist fikirlerini destekleyen bir hareket gibi göstermeye çalışmıştır. Basın içinde yer alan hükümet yanlısı bazı yayın organları, Faşist Almanya’nın II. Dünya Savaşı’ndan galip çıkacağına inandılar. Bu nedenle kendi faaliyetlerini gizleyecek ve dikkati başkalarının üzerine yönlendirebilecek bir zemin oluşturdular. Parti ve hükümet kadrolarına sızmak isteyen sosyalist çevreler bu dava ile devlet kadrolarına, üniversitelere yerleşme imkânı bulmuşlardır. Hükümet ve devrin yöneticileri Sovyetler Birliğine hoş görünmek adına sosyalist çevreleri desteklemişler ve faaliyetlerine izin vermişlerdir. Sol kendi içerisinde olmadığı, ama tahrik ederek planladığı olaylarla, devlete bağlı, tarihinde hiç bir döneminde devlete karşı tepkisini eylemlerle göstermeyen milliyetçi kesimi olayların içerisine çekerek, demokratik tepki göstermelerini sağlayarak, kendi propagandalarını yapabilecekleri, demokratik eylemlere zemin hazırlamışlar, Türkiye’ye bu yolla demokratik gelişmeler getirmeyi planlamışlardır. 3 Mayıs 1944 olayları iki şahıs arasında geçen siyasi bir çekişmeyle başlar. Sonra Irkçılık-Turancılık davası adı altında büyük bir davanın konusu olur. İddianameler hazırlanır, suçlamalar, savunmalar ve hüküm gerekçesi ortaya konur. Her davada olduğu gibi bu davada bilinenler ve bilinmeyenler vardır. Bu davanın bilinmeyenleri önemlidir. Tarihe mal olmuş bu dava belli çevrelerin tahrikiyle planlanmış ve gerçeğe dayalı olmamasına rağmen gerçek bir olay gibi kabul edilmiştir. Bu davanın gizli amaçları ve hedefleri vardır. Bu dava dış politika malzemesinde kullanılmak amacıyla ve komünist kadroların devlete ve üniversiteleri yerleştirilmesi amacıyla kurgulanmıştır.
