Abstract
Hz. Peygamber döneminden uzaklaşılması ile birlikte hadîslerin doğal ortamının kaybolması ve rivâyetlerdeki bazı eksikliklerin yanı sıra zamanın, coğrafyanın ve muhatapların değişmesi, tâbiî olarak hadîslerin farklı anlaşılması ya da hadîslerin anlaşılamamasının önemli nedenlerinden olmuştur. Günümüzde hadîslerden tam istifade edememenin bazen bu durumdan kaynaklandığı söylenebilir. Özelde hadîsler, genelde tüm metinler için düşünülecek olursa, bir metni anlamak sadece o metnin dilini anlamaktan ibaret değildir. Metni anlamak için oluştuğu şartlara ve ortama bakmak faydalı olacaktır. İşte, bir ifadenin, sözün veya metnin ortaya çıktığı ve şekillenmesine yardım eden unsurlar onun bağlamını gösterir. Bağlam bu bakımdan metnin doğru anlaşılmasının ve isabetli yorumlanmasının anahtarı rolünü üstlenmektedir. Hadîsin bağlamlarının, iç içe ve sarmal bir halde olabileceği de unutulmamalıdır. Örneğin sosyal bir bağlamda bulunan bir kişi, aynı zamanda belli bir psikolojik bağlamın da etkisinde olabilmektedir. Yine bu insan, belli bir coğrafya ve kültürün de içinde bulunmaktadır. Bunların tamamı eşzamanlı olan bağlamlardır. Buna 'bağlamların bütünleştirilmesi' denilebileceği gibi, 'bağlamlaraarası eşzamanlılık' da denilebilir. Bir hadîsin doğru anlaşılması ve isabetli yorumlanmasını sağlayacak bağlam olgusunun, çeşitleri ile bir araya getirilmesi ve beraber değerlendirilmesinin gerekliliği, hadîsin bağlamlarının tespit edilmesi ve bu bağlamların bütünleştirilmesini beraberinde getirecektir. İşte bu noktada, çeşitleri ile birlikte bağlamların tespiti ve bütünleştirilmesi işleminin ‘bağlam inşâsı’ olarak değerlendirilmesi mümkün görünmektedir.

Abstract
Together with the disappearance of the natural environment and the traditions of the Prophet, avoiding some of the shortcomings of rumors as well as time, geography, and respondents had changed, of course, a different understanding of the traditions or traditions have been major causes of to be understood. Because of this situation, it can be said that we are not able to benefit from the Hadith exactly today. In particular traditions, in general for all kinds texts, given that we only understand a text, it is not just about understanding the language of the text. İt could be useful to consider the conditions and the environment in which the text occurs in order to understand well. Here, the elements that help emerging and shaping a word, an expression or a text shows the context of them .In this respect, the context plays a key role in interpretation a text accurately and understanding it correctly. It must be kept in mind that contexts of the Hadith may be nested and spiral. For example, a person who has a social context, may also be influenced by the particular psychological context too. Besides, this person is in a particular geography and culture as well. All of these are simultaneous contexts . It can be called 'the integration of contexts' or 'between contexts in concurrency'. To ensure proper understanding and accurate interpretation of the phenomenon of the context of a tradition, bringing together and together with other types of assessment is required, Hadith contexts to identify and bring about the integration of contexts. At this point, along with other types of contexts and the integration process of determining 'the construction of context' as it is possible to evaluate.
