Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı, Çakır (2003) tarafından lise öğrencileri için geliştirilen Mesleki Karar Envanterinin üniversite öğrencileri üzerinde geçerlik, güvenirlik çalışması yapmaktır. Bu amaçla 402 üniversite öğrencisinden oluşan ilk gruptan elde edilen veriler ile öncelikle açımlayıcı faktör analizi ardından da aynı veri için doğrulayıcı faktör analizi yapılmıştır. Analizler sonucunda 20 maddeden oluşan ölçeğin dört faktörlü yapı gösterdiği, dört faktörün yorumlanabilir olduğu ve açıklanan toplam varyansın % 54.295 olduğu görülmüştür. Ölçeğin tümü için elde edilen Cronbach Alpha iç tutarlılık katsayısı .90 olarak bulunmuştur. DFA ile sınanan modelin uyum indeksleri incelendiğinde Ki Kare değerinin (X2 = 393.21, df=164, p=.00) iyi uyuma karşılık geldiği görülmüştür. DFA sonucuna göre modelin uyum indeksleri, RMSEA= 0.059, GFI = .91, AGFI=0.89, CFI=0.95, NNFI=0.94, ve SRMR= 0,057’dir. Envanterin eşit iki yarı güvenirliği hesaplanırken envanterin ilk yarısından alınan puanlar ile ikinci yarısından alınan puanlar karşılaştırılmıştır. Elde edilen korelasyon katsayısı (r= 0.87) olarak bulunmuştur. Envanterin puan değişmezliği, test-tekrar test yöntemiyle test edilmiştir. Bunun için PDR bölümü öğrencilerinden bölümünden 35 öğrenciye 20 gün arayla envanter iki kez uygulanmıştır, iki uygulama puanlarının karşılaştırması sonucunda elde edilen korelasyon katsayısı (r =0.84) tür. Bu aynı zamanda testin güvenilirliğini de vermektedir. Elde edilen bulgular ölçeğin geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek olduğunu göstermektedir. Elde edilen bulgular ilgili alan yazın doğrultusunda tartışılmıştır.

Abstract
The aim of this research is to make a validity and realibity study on university students through Career Decision Inventory which was developed for high school students by Çakır in 2003. In the ligt of this aim, with the data which has been obtained from the first group consisting of 402 university student exploratory factor analysis has been made in the first place and afterwards verifying factor analysis, it has been mad efor the same data. As a result of the analysis, it has been seen that the scale with 20 items has showen a 4 factor structure and these 4 factors can be interpreted. It has olsa been seen that the total variance is 54.295%. The cronbach alpha internal consistency parameter which has been obtained for the total of the scale has been calcualted as .90.When the coherence index of the model which was tested through DFA was examined, it was seen that the value of Ki Square (X2 = 393.21, df= 164, p=.00) had a value to good coherence. Considering the DFA result, the coherence indexes of the model are RMSEA = 0.059, GFI= .91, AGFI= 0.89, CFI=0.95, NNFI= 0.94, and SRMR= 0.057. Internal consistency reliability was assessed by computing cronbah’s alfa coefficients fort his administared to the 402 participants. The resulting coefficients were .87. The scale was administrated to 35 students from Mehmet Akif Ersoy Üniversity twice, in order to acquire test-re-test reliability. The time interval between the two administrations were twenty days. Test-re-test reliability coefficienty was .84. The findings which have been obtained show that the scale is valid and realiable. The obtained findings have been discussed in the content of related the field of literature.
