ÜÇ FARKLI LİSE ÖĞRENCİLERİNİN MESLEKİ OLGUNLUK SEVİYELERİNİN ÇEŞİTLİ DEĞİŞKENLER YARDIMIYLA KARŞILAŞTIRILMASI

Abstract
Lise öğrencilerinin mesleki olgunluk düzeyleri, gelecekte tercih edecekleri mesleği seçme sürecinde ne kadar sağlıklı kararlar verebilecekleri açısından önemlidir. Bu çalışmada üç farklı lisede öğrenim gören öğrencilerin mesleki olgunluk düzeylerinin karşılaştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma çerçevesinde Güzel Sanatlar Lisesi, Turizm Meslek Lisesi ve Anadolu Lisesi öğrencilerinin mesleki olgunluk seviyeleri sınıf ve cinsiyet değişkeni de dâhil edilerek karşılaştırılmıştır. Karşılaştırmada ilgili liselerin 11. ve 12. sınıflarında okumakta olan toplam 600 öğrenciye Kuzgun ve Bacanlı (2005) tarafından geliştirilmiş olan “Mesleki Olgunluk Ölçeği” uygulanmıştır. Uygulamadan elde edilen veriler ilgili ölçeğin uygulama esaslarına göre puanlanmış ve karşılaştırmalar için istatistik işleme tabi tutulmuştur. Ölçüm sürecinde verilerin normal dağılım göstermemesi sebebiyle U testi ve H testi karşılaştırma ölçümlerinde tercih edilmiştir. Karşılaştırma sonuçlarına göre Güzel sanatlar Lisesi öğrencilerinin mesleki olgunluk düzeylerinin diğerlerine göre daha iyi olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Diğer yandan sınıf düzeyine göre yapılan ölçümlerde anlamlı fark oluşmamış, cinsiyet düzeyinde ise kız öğrencilerden yana fark oluşmuştur.

Abstract
Vocational maturity level of the high school students is important in terms of deciding healthy about a job in future. In this study it is aimed that to compare vocational maturity level of the students educating in three different high school. Within the framework of the study vocational maturity level of the students in Fine Arts High School, Tourism Vocational High School and Anatolian High School has been compared by including class and sex variables. In this comparing process “Vocational Maturity Scale” developed by Kuzgun and Bacanlı (2005) has been applied to 600 students totally in 11th and 12th levels. Data obtained from the application process has been graded according to the implementing rules of the scale and statistically reviewed for comparisons. In statistical process nonparametric H and U tests has been preferred because of non-normally range of the data. According to the comparison results it can be seen that vocational maturity level of the students in Fine Arts High School is better than the others. On the other hand while comparison result is not significant according to the class level, comparison on sex level has been founded significant for female students.
