Abstract
Buradaki sorun, televizyonun kurgu amacıyla bilgisayar olanaklarından yararlanması ve hızlıca program yetiştirmek için çabuk ve kolay yapımlara yönelmesidir. Bilgisayar teknolojisi televizyona çok değişik kurgu olanakları sunmakta fakat televizyon insanları bilgisayar teknolojileri aracılığıyla gerçek dünyadan alıp fantezi dünyalarına götürmektedir. Modern teknolojiler medyaya çok fazla olanak sağlamakta ve özellikle bilgisayar teknolojisi televizyon için fantastik efektler sunmaktadır. Modern çağda televizyon kurgusu bilgisayarda yapılmakta ve bilgisayarın fantastik efektleri insanları fantastik dünyalara götürerek onlara gerçek olmayan efektler sunmaktadır. İnsanlar bilgisayar üzerinde kurgulanan televizyon yapımlarını heyecanla izlemekte ve gerçeklerden uzaklaşmaktadırlar. Televizyonun fantastik efektleriyle yaşamak toplumsal yaşamda sorunlara yol açmakta, insanlar gerçekleri algılamakta güçlük çekmektedir. Televizyon yapımları kurgu aşamasında bilgisayarın yardımıyla fantastik efektler kullanmakta ve insanlar genellikle televizyonun fantastik efektleri nedeniyle ona yönelmektedir. Kurgu, Lumiere kardeşlerden bu yana sinemanın temelidir ve film ve televizyon için ana koşuldur. İzleyiciler filmde, kurgunun ortaya koyduğu görüntülerin çekiciliğiyle etkilenmeye çalışılır. Bilgisayar pek çok insanın yaşamının vazgeçilmez parçasıdır ve dünyada mucizevi bir araç olarak kullanılmaktadır. Çağdaş bilgisayar teknolojileri yapımcılara ve yönetmenlere kurgu için çok sayıda olanak sunmaktadır. Kurgu, değişik görüntüleri fantastik bir öykü içerisinde bir araya getiren bir tür büyüdür ve izleyicilerin yapay bir dünyaya seyahat etmelerini sağlamaktadır. Bilgisayar teknikleri bu seyahati kolaylaştırmakta ve gerçeklerle fanteziler arasında bir köprü kurmaktadır.

The problem is television uses computer facilities for editing and fronts easy and expeditious productions to present rapid productions. Computer technology provides television many different editing facilities but television mostly takes people from real world to fantacy world via computer technology. Modern technologies provide media many facilities and especially computer provides television very fantastic effects. Television editing is made on computer in modern age and fantastic effects of computer take people to fantastic worlds and present people unreal effects. People watch television productions which are edited on computer base excitedly and move away from realities. To live with fantastic effects of television cause problems in social life and people have difficulties to settle realities. Television productions create fantastic effects in editing process because of computer and people generally front television for its fantastic effects. Editing is the base of cinema since Lumieres and it is the main necessity of film and television productions. Spectators are affected by attractions of images which are revealed by technichs of assembling in a film or in a television production. Computer is an unavoidable part of many people’s lives and computer is used a miraculous device in the world. Contemporary computer technichs present television producers and to directors many facilities to assemble different images by the help of attractive technics of computer. Editing is a kind of magic because of associating different images in a fantastic story and it provides the spectators to travell to a fictional world. Computer technics help this travell and ease to emerge a rationalist story from a fantastic story.
