Abstract
Bu çalışmada, Frostig Görsel Algı Testi’nin, dört yedi yaş aralığındaki Türk çocuklarına uyarlanması ve psikometrik özelliklerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Veriler dört yedi yaş arasındaki 1382 çocuktan elde edilmiştir. Frostig Görsel Algı Testi’nin geçerliği öncelikle yapı geçerliği açısından incelenmiştir. Bu kapsamda uzman kanısına başvurulmuş, doğrulayıcı faktör analizi yapılmış ve elde edilen modelin geçerliğini değerlendirmek için Uyum İyiliği İndeksine bakılmıştır. Ölçeğin yapı geçerliğine kanıt teşkil etmek için çocukların yaşlarına göre görsel algılamaları incelenmiştir. Geçerlik çalışması kapsamında ayrıca, alt ölçekler arasındaki korelasyona ve alt üst %27’lik gruplar arasındaki farklara bakılmıştır. Geçerlik analizleri incelendiğinde; uzman kanısının uygun olduğu, faktör analizi sonucunda alt boyutlara ilişkin hata değerlerinin göreceli düşük, faktör yük değerlerinin ise yüksek olduğu, çocukların yaşlarının artmasıyla görsel algının da arttığı, alt boyutlar arasındaki korelasyonun yüksek olduğu ve alt üst %27’lik gruplar arasındaki farkların anlamlı olduğu belirlenmiştir. Frostig Görsel Algı Testi’nin iç tutarlılığı Kuder Richardson 20 katsayısı ile sınanmış, ölçeğin zamana bağlı kararlı ölçümler verip vermediğini değerlendirmek için test-tekrar test korelasyonu hesaplanmıştır. Elde edilen güvenirlik sonuçları incelendiğinde, KR 20 ile test tekrar test değerlerinin yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgular Frostig Görsel Algı Testi’nin Türkçe formunun geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olduğunu göstermiştir.

Abstract
In this study, the adaptation of Frostig Visual Perception Test to Turkish children of four-seven years old and the assessement of the psychometric properties of the Turkish form of the test is aimed. The data is obtained from 1382 children. The validity of Frostig Visual Perception Test is assessed in terms of construct validty, initially. In regards of this aim expert opinions are provided, confirmatory factor analysis and Goodness of Fit Index is analyzed. In order to provide proof to the construct validty of the test, the visual perception of the children according to their ages is examined. In addition, the correlations between the subtests and the differences between the top and the bottom 27% groups is analyzed. The results of the validity analysis indicated that the experts opinions support the construct validity of the test. It also found that the factor loads of the items are relatively high, the visual perceptions of the children increase by age and the statistical differences between the the top and the bottom 27% groups are significant. The internal consistancy of Frostig Visual Perception Test is assessed by Kuder Richardson 20 coefficient. The test-retest correlation is analyzed in order to assess the consistency of the data over time. The results showed that KR 20 and test-retest coefficients are statistically significant. The findings indicated that the Turkish form of Frostig Visual Perception Test is a realiable and valid measure.
