Abstract
Rabî’ b. Habîb (öl. 175/791), İbâdiyye mezhebinin erken dönem hadis âlimlerindendir. İbâdiyye mezhebinin günümüze ulaşan en eski hadis kitabı olan el-Câmiu’s-Sahîh adlı eser de ona aittir. O, bu eserinde inanç, ibadet, ahlak, muamelat, siyer vs. gibi pek çok konuyla alakalı bilgi ve rivayetlere yer vermiştir. Eserin üçüncü cildinde Allah’ın sıfatları, imanın mahiyeti, küfür, şirk, büyük günah işleyen kişinin durumu gibi itikadî tartışmalara yer verilmiştir. Rabî’ b. Habîb, muhalifleriyle girdiği itikadî konulara dair tartışmalarda görüşünü desteklemek amacıyla birçok ayet, hadis, sahabe ve tabiîn görüşlerine yer vermiştir. Rabî’ b. Habîb’in ilgili konularda takip ettiği metot bir yandan ilgili döneme ait ilmî tartışmaların, hadislerin anlaşılması ve yorumlanmasına etkisini ortaya koyarken öte yandan mezhep bağlılığının nassların yorum ve teviline etkisi hususuna da ışık tutmaktadır. Söz konusu tartışmalar, aynı zamanda Rabî’ b. Habib’in müntesibi olduğu İbâdiyye mezhebinin dinî nasslara bakışını ortaya koyması açısından da önem arz etmektedir. Bu bağlamda “Hâricîlerin dini metinleri genellikle sathi ve zahirî olarak anlamışlardır” şeklindeki genel kanaatin doğruluk derecesine de ışık tutacak olan bu çalışma, Rabî’ b. Habîb’in inanç ile alakalı hadislere yaklaşımına ışık tutacaktır. Ayrıca bu çalışmada Rabî’ b. Habîb’in eserinde tartıştığı konuların mahiyeti, delil olarak kullandığı rivayetlerin genel özellikleri ve söz konusu hadisleri değerlendirme usul ve metodolojisi ortaya konulacaktır.

Abstract
Rabî 'b. Habib (d. 175/791) was one of the early hadith scholars of the Ibadiyya school. The work named al-Câmiu's-Sahîh, which is the oldest hadith book of the Ibadiyya madhhab, also belongs to him. In this work, he has included information on many subjects such as belief, worship, morality, manners, and sirah. Particularly in the third volume of the work, creed debates such as the attributes of God, the nature of faith, blasphemy, shirk, and the state of the person who committed major sins are included. Rabî 'b. Habib included many verses, hadiths and the views of the Companions in order to support his opinion in his discussions on religious issues with his opponents. Rabî b. The method followed by Habib on the relevant issues, on the one hand, reveals the effect of the scientific discussions and hadiths of the relevant period on the understanding and interpretation of the hadiths, on the other hand, sheds light on the effect of sect devotion on the interpretation of the verses. The aforementioned discussions are also in Rabi b. It is also important in terms of revealing the view of the Ibadiyya sect, which Habib is a part of, towards religious observances. In this context, this study, which will shed light on the degree of accuracy of the general opinion that "Hâricîs have generally understood the religious texts superficially and externally", is Ibadî muhaddis Rabî's b. It will shed light on Habib's approach to hadiths related to belief. In addition, in this study Rabî 'b. The nature of the issues that Habib discussed in his work, the general characteristics of the narrations he used as evidence, and the method and methodology of evaluating the hadiths in question will be revealed.
