Abstract
İçinde yaşadımız bilişim çağında, bilgisayar ve iletişim teknolojilerindeki gelişime toplumun parçası olan okullarda kayıtsız kalmamış ve sosyal medya araçları okul paydaşları tarafından yoğun bir şekilde kullanılmaya başlamıştır. Okul müdürleri de bu noktada öğretmenler ile sosyal medya araçları gibi farklı iletişim kanalları ile iletişim kurmaya başlamışlardır. Bu kapsamda çalışmanın amacı, okul yöneticilerinin yönetsel iletişimde sosyal medya araçlarının kullanımına ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerini belirlemektir. Araştırmada nitel araştırma desenlerinden fenomenoloji deseni kullanılmıştır. Örneklem türü olarak amaçlı örnekleme türlerinden maksimum çeşitlilik örneklemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, İstanbul ili Çekmeköy ilçesinde görev yapan 12 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin toplanmasında yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formundan faydalanılmıştır. Toplanan veriler içerik analizi yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgulara göre, sosyal medya araçlarının okul yöneticileri tarafından kullanılması, sağladığı faydalar nedeniyle yönetsel iletişimde olumlu sonuçlar meydana getirdiği tespit edilmiş ancak bununla beraber bir takım iletişim sorunlarına da yol açtığı tespit edilmiştir. Sosyal medya araçlarının yönetsel iletişimde okul saatleri dışında kullanılması öğretmenlerin bir kısmına göre olağan karşılandığı, bir kısım öğretmenlere göre ise rahatsız edici olarak görüldüğü tespit edilmiştir. Sosyal medya araçlarının yönetsel iletişimde kullanılması, öğretmenler tarafından verilerin başka amaçlar için kullanılabilme ve verilerin yurt dışına gidebilme ihtimali gibi nedenlerden dolayı güvenilir bulunmamıştır. Ayrıca sosyal medya araçlarının bağımlılığı arttırdığı, bu durumun ise iletişimin bozulmasına ve çeşitli psikolojik rahatsızlıklara sebep olabileceği tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract
Social media tools have been used intensively by the stakeholders in schools in line with the development in communication technologies in the information age. At this point, school principals started to communicate with teachers through different communication channels such as social media tools. In this context, the purpose of this study is to determine teachers' views on the use of social media tools in managerial communication of school administrators. The phenomenology design, one of the qualitative research designs, was used in the study.The maximum diversity sampling, one of the purposeful sampling types, was used as the sampling type. The working group of the research consists of 12 teachers working in Çekmeköy district of Istanbul province.Semi-structured interview form was used to collect the data. Collected data were analyzed by the content analysis method. According to the findings obtained in the study, it was determined that the use of social media tools by school administrators has positive results in managerial communication due to the benefits they provide, but it has also been found to cause some communication problems. It has been determined that the use of social media tools in managerial communication outside of school hours is considered normal according to some of the teachers and disturbing according to some teachers. It was not found reliable due to reasons such as the use of social media tools in administrative communication, the teachers' use of data for other purposes, and the possibility of data going abroad. In addition, it has been determined that social media tools increase addiction, which can lead to disruption of communication and various psychological disorders.
