Abstract
Örgün eğitim kurumlarından mezun olan veya örgün eğitimlerini tamamlayamayan bireylerin, dünyanın teknoloji ve bilgi çağına evrilmesiyle değişen yaşam koşullarına ayak uydurabilmesi adına kendini geliştirmesi gerekir ve bunun için de yaşam boyu eğitim zorunlu bir süreçtir. Bu süreçte en büyük desteği yetişkin eğitimi faaliyetlerini yürüten kurumlar tamamlamaktadırlar. Dünya nüfusunun çoğunluğunu yetişkinlerin oluşturduğu bilinmekte ve toplumların refahı için yetişkin eğitiminin büyük önem taşıdığı görülmektedir. Türkiye’de de yetişkin nüfusun çoğunlukta olduğu bilinmektedir. Toplumumuzu yönlendiren, gelişmesine ve kalkınmasına katkıda bulunan siyasi partiler, meslek grupları, sivil toplum kuruluşları gibi önemli mekanizmaların üyeleri ve yöneticilerini de yetişkinlerin oluşturmakta olduğu görülmektedir. Toplumun ve toplumu oluşturan bireylerin kalkınmasında yetişkin eğitimi etkin bir rol oynamaktadır. Bu nedenle ülkemizde de yetişkin eğitimi büyük önem taşımaktadır. Ülkemizin yetişkin eğitimi sürecinin daha nitelikli ve etkin olabilmesi adına yetişkin eğitiminde yaşanan sorunları tanımak ve çözüm önerileri geliştirmek gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı da meta sentez yöntemiyle Türkiye’de yetişkin eğitimi alanında karşılaşılan sorunları ve bu sorunların çözüm önerilerini konu edinen nitel çalışmaların bulgularını yorumlamak ve tartışmaktır. Araştırmada sonuç Bu meta sentez araştırmasının bir sonucu olarak; “bütçe ve teknik yetersizlik sorunları”, “eğitici sorunları”, “metodolojik sorunlar”, “katılımcı sorunu”, “yönetimsel sorunlar” ve “denetleme sorunu” temaları belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca bu sorunların birçok nedeni olduğu ve bu nedenlerin neler olabileceği belirtilmiş ve belirtilen sorunlara yönelik çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur.

Abstract
Individuals who graduate from formal education institutions or cannot complete their formal education need to improve themselves in order to keep up with the changing living conditions as the world evolves into the technology and information age, and life-long education is a compulsory process for this. In this process, institutions that carry out adult education activities complete the greatest support.It is known that adults constitute the majority of the world's population and it is seen that adult education is of great importance for the welfare of societies.In order for the adult education process in our country to be more qualified and effective, it is necessary to recognize the problems experienced in adult education and to develop solutions. The purpose of this study in the meta-synthesis methods in Turkey encountered in the field of adult education problems and solutions of these problems learn to interpret the findings of a qualitative study of the proposals and to discuss issues. As a result of this meta synthesis research; The themes of "income and lack of equipment problems", "educator problems", "methodological problems", "participant problems", "administrative problems", "supervision problems" were determined. It was also stated that there are many reasons for these problems and what these reasons could be.
