Abstract
Modern hayatın gereksinimleri ile birlikte yeni imkan ve durumlar, öğrenim-öğretim model ve stratejilerinde bir takım temel değişim ve dönüşümleri de gerektirmektedir. Bilindiği üzere öğrencilerin çoğunlukla bilişsel odaklanma ve dikkat dağınıklığı sorunları yeni teknolojilerin oluşturduğu hız ve etkilerle artmıştır. Dolayısıyla bu durum hem ders işleme yöntemlerinin hem de içeriklerinin yeni öğretim yaklaşım ve modellerine duyulan ihtiyaçla ilgili arayışları gerekli kılmaktadır. Aynı zamanda toplumsal etik ve değerlerle birlikte modern yaşamın oluşturduğu yeni ilgi ve odak konularının, öğretim modelleri içinde gelişimsel bakış açısıyla dikkate alınması da önemli görülmektedir. Dahası öğrencinin öğrenmeyle ilgili psikolojik gereksinimlerini ve eğitimin anlaşılırlığı, uygulanabilirliği ve ekonomisini göz önünde tutan yeni yaklaşımların geliştirilmesi arzulanan bir durumdur. Literatüre yeni ve farklı bir strateji öneren e-suffe, alışıldık öğrenim-öğretim strateji ve modellerinden farklı olarak yeni bir anlayış ve eğitim sistemine farklı bir bakış sunma hedefindedir. e-suffe’de öğrencinin dersi derste aktif bir şekilde öğrenmesi ve derse karşı antipati, isteksizlik ve önyargısını yenmesi, öğrenci-öğretmen iletişiminin sürekliliği gözetilmek istenmektedir. Ayrıca bu modelle öğrencinin dersleri yaşamının bir parçası olarak göreceği, teori ile uygulamanın buluştuğu, okuma-anlama, yazma, ifade edebilme becerilerinin gelişebilmesi hedeflenmektedir. Bu çalışmada öğrencilerin derse yönelik ilgisini, hazırbulunuşluk düzeylerini ve özgüvenini yükseltme ve öğrenme niteliğinin artırılması amaçlarına sahip ve 2023 Eğitim Vizyonu hedeflerini gerçekleştirmeye matuf yeni bir öğretim modeli olan “e-suffe”nin (Etkin ve Fonksiyonel Öğrenme Modeli) ortaya çıkış süreci ve uygulama aşamalarıyla birlikte önemi üzerinde durulmaya çalışılacaktır.

Abstract
Along with the requirements of modern life, new opportunities and situations also require some fundamental changes and transformations in learning-teaching models and strategies. As it is known, students' mostly cognitive focus and distraction problems have increased with the speed and effects of new technologies. Therefore, this situation necessitates searches related to the need for new teaching approaches and models, both in teaching methods and in their content. At the same time, it is considered important to consider social ethics and values, as well as the new interest and focus issues created by modern life, from a developmental point of view in teaching models. Moreover, it is desirable to develop new approaches that take into account the student's psychological needs for learning and the intelligibility, applicability and economics of education. Suggesting a new and different strategy to the literature, e-suffe aims to offer a new understanding and a different perspective to the education system, unlike the usual learning-teaching strategies and models. In e-suffe, it is desired that the student learns the lesson actively in the lesson, overcomes the antipathy, reluctance and prejudice towards the lesson, and the continuity of student-teacher communication is sought. In addition, with this model, it is aimed that the student will see the lessons as a part of his life, and that theory and practice meet, and that his reading-understanding, writing and expression skills can be developed. In this study, together with the emergence process and application stages of “e-suffe” (Effective and Functional Learning Model), which is a new teaching model aiming to increase students' interest, readiness level and self-confidence and to increase the quality of learning, and to realize the goals of the 2023 Education Vision. importance will be emphasized.
