Abstract
İnsanların dünya ve ahiret saadetlerini gaye edinen son ilahî kitap ve hitap olan Kur’ân, son derece veciz ve mu’ciz bir yapıya sahiptir. İ’cazı sadece dilsel bir mahiyet ve hüviyet taşımayan Kur’ân, her çağdaki insanların önünü ilmen, fikren aydınlatır ve kesinlik kazanmış olan bilimsel bilgiyle de terslik arz etmez. Başlangıçtan beri İslam âlimleri, böylesine üstün nitelik ve gayeye sahip olan bu kitabın eşsiz mana ve üslûbunu en iyi şekilde anlamak ve bunları insanların dikkat ve istifadelerine sunmak için ciddi bir gayret içerisine girmişlerdir. Bu çalışmalardan bir tanesi de dirayet tefsir çeşidi kapsamında kabul edilen ve Kur’ân’ın ı’’caz ve belagatinden sayılan bilimsel/fennî/ilmî tefsirdir. Biz bu makalemizde Mısırlı âlim olan Şa’ravî’nin “Kur’ân tefsiri konusunda aklıma gelenler, gönlüme inenler” ismini verdiği “havatirî havle’l-Kur’âni’l-Kerim” adlı tefsir çalışmasında ve Kur’ân’la ilgili diğer eserlerinde bilimsel tefsir yaklaşımını ortaya koymaya çalıştık. Şa’ravî, Kur’ân’ın her çağdaki insanlara vereceği bir mesajının olduğunu ve bunun da onun veciz ve mu’ciz olmasının bir sonucu olduğunu düşünmektedir. Mu’ciz olan Kur’ân’ın, kesinleşmiş bilimsel bilgilerle çelişmediğini, bilakis bilimsel bilgiyi teşvik ettiğini savunan Şa’ravî’nin, Kur’ân i’cazını tespit etmek ve onun kendi içerisinde bir bütünlüğe sahip olduğunu ispatlamak için bilimsel bilginin verilerini, kavramlarını ve modern dönemin dilini olabildiğince iyi kullandığı müşahede edilmektedir. Bununla birlikte Kur’ân’ın ve onun beyanı konumunda olan sünnetin ruhuna uygun bir yaklaşım tarzı esas alarak seviyeli bir bilimsel tefsir metodunu ortaya koymuştur.

Abstract
The Qur'an, the last divine book and address that aims the happiness of people in this world and the hereafter, has an extremely concise and miraculous structure. The Qur'an, whose i'jaz is not only of a linguistic nature and identity, enlightens the way of people of all ages scientifically and intellectually and does not contradict with scientific knowledge that has gained certainty. Since the beginning, Islamic scholars have made a serious effort to understand the unique meaning and style of this book, which has such a superior quality and purpose, and to present it to people's attention and benefit. One of these studies is scientific/scientific/scientific tafsir, which is accepted within the scope of wisdom tafsir and considered as one of the Qur'an's jazz and rhetoric. In this article, we will discuss in the tafsir study called "Hawla'l-Kur'ânî'l-Karim", which is named as "What comes to my mind about the interpretation of the Qur'an, the ones that fall into my heart" by the Egyptian scholar Sha'rawi and other studies related to the Qur'an. We tried to reveal the scientific interpretation approach in his works. Sha'rawi thinks that the Qur'an has a message to give to people of all ages, and this is a result of its conciseness and miraculousness. Arguing that the Miraculous Qur'an does not contradict the finalized scientific knowledge, on the contrary, it encourages scientific knowledge, Sha'rawi used the data and concepts of scientific knowledge in order to determine the i'jaz of the Qur'an and to prove that it has a unity in itself. and it is observed that he used the language of the modern period as well as possible. However, she put forward a leveled scientific interpretation method based on an approach in accordance with the spirit of the Qur'an and the Sunnah, which is its declaration.
