Abstract
Genel tanımıyla kullanıcının bir sistem, ürün veya hizmet kullanımından kaynaklanan fiziksel, bilişsel ve duygusal tepkilerinin, kullanıcının ihtiyaç ve beklentilerini ne ölçüde karşıladığı durumu olarak tanımlanan kullanıcı memnuniyeti kavramı, konut yapılarında da büyük bir öneme sahiptir. Çevresel ve fiziksel koşullardan memnuniyetsizlik durumu, kullanıcıların sağlığı, konforu ve mutluluğunu olumsuz yönde etkilemektedir. Bu nedenle kullanıcıların zamanlarının büyük bir bölümünü geçirdikleri konut yapılarında, kaliteyi ve memnuniyeti neyin oluşturduğuna detaylı bir şekilde bakılması gerekmektedir. Mimari tasarım sürecinde en önemli faktörlerden biri olan kullanıcı memnuniyeti özelinde çok daha geniş bir değerlendirmeye ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı da konut yapılarında kullanıcı memnuniyetinin detaylı bir şekilde değerlendirilmesi ve memnuniyet göstergelerinin bir bütün olarak ele alınması gerekliliğini ortaya çıkarmaktır. Çalışma kapsamında öncelikle konutlarda kullanıcı memnuniyeti üzerine yapılmış olan mevcut akademik çalışmalardaki memnuniyet göstergeleri ele alınmış ve farklı görüşler değerlendirilmiştir. Konutlarda memnuniyete dayalı kalite değerlendirmelerinin yapılabilmesi için geliştirilmiş konut kalite değerlendirme araçları ele alınmış, bu araçların memnuniyet göstergeleri karşılaştırılmalı olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Son olarak kullanıcıları için sağlıklı ve verimli çevreleri sağlayan binalar olarak tanımlanan sertifikalı binaların değerlendirme kriterleri ele alınmış, sertifikalandırma sistemlerinin memnuniyet göstergeleri karşılaştırmalı olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmada ele alınan ve değerlendirmeleri yapılan memnuniyet göstergelerinin, mevcut konutların kullanıcı memnuniyeti bağlamında iyileştirilmesi konusunda ve gelecekte yapılacak olan konut tasarımları sürecinde faydalı olacağı öngörülmektedir.

Abstract
Dissatisfaction with environmental and physical conditions negatively affects the health, comfort and happiness of the users. For this reason, it is necessary to examine in detail what constitutes quality and satisfaction in the residential buildings where the users spend most of their time. There is a need for a much wider assessment in terms of user satisfaction, which is one of the most important factors in the architectural design process. The aim of this study is to determine the detailed determination of user satisfaction in residential buildings and to reveal the necessity of considering satisfaction indicators as a whole. Within the scope of the study, satisfaction indicators in existing academic studies on user satisfaction in residences were discussed and different opinions were evaluated. In addition, housing quality assessment tools developed in order to make satisfaction-based quality evaluations in houses were considered, and the satisfaction indicators of these tools were evaluated comparatively. Finally, the evaluation criteria of certified buildings, which are defined as buildings that provide healthy and productive environments for their users, were discussed, and the satisfaction indicators of certification systems were evaluated comparatively. It is anticipated that the satisfaction indicators discussed and evaluated in the study will be useful in improving the existing houses in the context of user satisfaction and in the future housing design process.
