DİL EĞİTİMİ VEREN İNTERNET SİTELERİ VE KÜLTÜR KODLAMALARI: VOİCE OF AMERİCA (VOA) İNTERNET SİTESİ ÖRNEĞİ

Abstract
Bazı kurum ve kuruluşlar İngilizce eğitim veren internet siteleri kurmaktadırlar. Bu sitelerin içerisinde kültür kodlamaları bulunmaktadır. Küreselleşen dünyada devletlerin kendi kültürleri ulusaldan küresele yaymak için kullandıkları araçlardan biri de bu internet siteleridir. Makalede bu sitelerden biri olan Voice of America internet sitesi ele alınmıştır. Voice of America sadece haber yayını yapan bir site değil aynı zamanda İngilizce eğitim veren bir internet sitesidir. Siteye erişim ücretsizdir. Dolayısıyla bu site vasıtasıyla İngilizcelerini geliştirmek isteyenlerin sayısı fazladır. Ayrıca sitenin İngilizce eğitim metinlerinin içerisinde Amerikan kültürü kodlamaları bulunmaktadır. Maalesef içerisinde Türk kültürü kodlamalarının bulunduğu ücretsiz Türkçe eğitim veren bir internet sitesi henüz mevcut değildir.

Abstract
Some of foundations and establishments constitute internet sites which is giving English education. There are cultural codes in this sites. In the globalisation world, one of the instrument which states using for disseminate their cultures from states level to global level is this internet sites. In the article, Voice of America (VOA) which is one of this sites will be under debate. Voice of America not only just an internet site that broadcasting news, but also an internet site that giving English education. Reaching the site is free. Thus there are lots of people who wants to improve their English by means of this site. There are codifications of American culture in these education texts also. Unfortunately there isn’t any free internet site which is giving Turkish education and having codification of Turkish culture in it.
