Abstract
Öğretmenlik uygulaması dersi öğretmen yetiştiren kurumların ders programlarında önemli bir yer tutar. Bu ders kapsamında öğretmen adayları Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı okullarda uygulama çalışmaları yapmaktadırlar. Bu uygulama, yaklaşık 3.5 yıllık eğitimin sonunda öğretmen adaylarının meslek yaşantılarına atanacakları ilk adımın deneyimi niteliğini taşımaktadır. Uygulama okullarındaki rehber öğretmenler ile öğretmen adayları arasındaki ilişkiler öğretmenlik mesleğinin geleceği açısından çok önemlidir. Çalışmamızın amacı rehber öğretmenlerin uygulama sırasında karşılaştıkları sorunları belirlemek, ayrıca uygulamanın daha verimli bir şekilde yapılabilmesi için onların öneri ve görüşlerini almaktır. Bu amaçla Bursa İlinde 2008-2009 öğretim yılında, Bursa Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğüne bağlı okullarda görev yapan 163 rehber öğretmenin görüşleri alınmıştır. Çalışmada veriler anket yoluyla toplanmıştır. Bu amaçla, Likert tipi 20 kapalı uçlu sorudan oluşan bir anket geliştirilmiş ve uygulanmıştır. Anket uygulamasından elde edilen veriler SPSS for Windows 17 istatistik programında değerlendirilmiştir. Verilerin betimsel analizinde frekans (f) ve yüzde (%) dağılımlardan yararlanılmıştır. Rehber öğretmenler görüşlerinde, KPSS sınavı öğretmen adaylarının kaygısının ve motivasyonlarını olumsuz yönde etkilediğini ve öğretmenliğe yeterince motive olamadıklarını belirtmişlerdir. Eğitim Fakültelerinin yapılanmasında yaşanan olumsuzluklar, gelişme yerine bir belirsizlik oluşturmuştur. Hâlbuki eğitim fakültelerinin diğer fakültelerden ayrı bir yeri vardır. Eğer öğretmen yetiştirecek kurumun işleyişi, programları, öğrenci alınış şekli, kaynakları yeterli değilse ülkenin gelişmesi ve geleceği için yanlış yapılıyor demektir. Bu eleştirilerin genel olarak öğretmenlik formasyon derslerinin sayısı ve nitelikleriyle mesleki ruh ve heyecanın yeterince verilemediği noktasında toplandığı görülmektedir.

Abstract
Teaching practice in class teacher training syllabus of the institution has an important place. This application, approximately 3.5 years of education experience at the end of the occupation of teacher assigned to the candidate's experience, quality is the first step. The data were collected by a questionnaire. For this purpose, a questionnaire consisting of 20 losed-ended Likert-type questions was developed and implemented. The data obtained from the application of the questionnaire were assessed by statistical program SPSS for Windows 17 frequency (f) and percentage (%) distributions were used for descriptive analysis of the data. Directory of teachers opinion, teachers of candidates, the KPSS test anxiety negatively affects their motivation and the teacher is not motivated enough to have indicated. Deterioration in the construction of the Faculties of Education, instead of development has created an ambiguity. Whereas meaning of education faculties are different from other faculties. If the functioning of the institution to train teachers, programs, way of receipt student and resources not enough the development and future of the country is being done wrong. In general, the number of criticisms were collected at the point that teaching formation courses and qualifications are not given enough professional spirit and excitement.
