Abstract
Camiler tarihte ve günümüzde toplumun her kesiminden insanları buluşturan mekânlar olmuşlardır. Camiler sadece ibadethane olmakla kalmamış; buralarda yürütülen her türlü faaliyet eğitim ağırlıklı olmuştur. Söz konusu faaliyetler toplumu ciddi anlamda etkileyebilme gücüne sahiptir. Öyle görünüyor ki, gelecekte de camilerin bu fonksiyonu devam edecektir. Yapılan araştırmalar ortalama bir rakamla ülke nüfusunun 1/3 nün camilerdeki hizmetlerden yararlandığını göstermektedir. Bu nedenle değişip gelişen şartlara ve toplumun ihtiyaçlarına göre camilerde sunulan hizmetlerin gözden geçirilmesi gerekmektedir. Hayatın karmaşası ve stresi içinde bunalan insanlara sevgi, huzur, güven aşılamak öncelikle iyi bir iletişim ve rehberlikle mümkündür. Görevlilerin alan, öğretme ve rehberlik-iletişim bakımından gerekli yeterliliklere sahip olmaları, özellikle vaaz ve hutbelerde, temel kaynaklardaki örnekleri günümüz bilimsel verileri ile birleştirerek kullanmaları bir zarurettir. Kuramsal bir çalışma olan makalemizde; camilerde sunulan temel hizmetlerin ve görevlilerin mevcut durumunu incelemeye, görülen eksikliklerin tespiti ile yapılması gerekenleri rehberlik ve iletişim açısından değerlendirmeye çalıştık.

Abstract

Our article is a theoretical study; basic services offered in mosques and to examine the current status of the officials, what should be done with the detection of irregularities, we try to evaluate in terms of the guidance and communication.
