The study aims to categorize the characters in the first 300 poems of Suleyman the Magnificent which he wrote under the pseudonym of Muhibbî and to evaluate them in terms of their functions in the poems. After the evaluation, the characters were categorized as follows: 1. The statesmen outside the Ottoman Empire 2. Poets 3. Artists 4. Historical, mythical people 5. Tale, story heroes 6. Religious people Among these characters, the most frequently mentioned ones are Mecnun and Leyla, and the least Mani and Calinus. .
