THE REASONS OF PARTICIPATION TO SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY PROJECTS WITH SCHOOL-STAKEHOLDER AND THEIR INDIVIDUAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL RETURNS OKUL PAYDAŞLI SOSYAL SORUMLULUK PROJELERİNE KATILIM NEDENLERİ İLE BİREYSEL VE ÖRGÜTSEL GETİRİLERİ
The purpose of this work is to investigate the reasons of why the school administrators participate in social responsibility projects and their returns these projects to them and school organizations. The study is a qualitative and descriptive research. A semi-structured interview form developed by researchers by considering literature research and experts’ views was used. The interview form has been applied to the school administrators by the researchers in face to face interviews. The data has been collected by administering the interview form to 27 school administrators who work in the central district of Bolu, Düzce, Ereğli, Akçakoca, Alaplı, in 2014-2015academicyear. The interviews have lasted for between 40-60 minutes and the data has been noted by the researches considering the recommendations of experts. The data collected in the study has been analyzed and some categories have been determined. These categories have been investigated in accordance with the previously determined categories.
