In this study, character of media is handled and pluralism is investigated as a management style and relation between media and democracy is evaluated and role of media is emphasized on pluralism. Forms of administration in the modern world are a big problem. Depressive governments are increasing and political entrances are multiplying depending on the new global politics. Monopoly dominates politics and the economy and the gap between the layers that make up the society is gradually evolving. Monarchy is widespread more than past. Othering is increasing and people are more hostile to others. Democracy is system of pluralism and lives in plural atmosphere and proves its own intruments and its own occasions to live in peace. Contemporary conjuntrure proves contemporary facilities and instruments for democracy and people who believe in democracy use contemporary instruments to live in peace and accommodate contemporary conditions via instruments. Media are guarantee of freedoms in a society and when they are well used they utter voice of all components of society and media become instruments of pluralism.
