Abstract
Purpose of the study; This course aims to investigate the relationship between the communication skills of secondary school teachers and the levels of organizational cynicism. A descriptive survey was used in the general survey model. The study group of the study consisted of 301 teachers who were chosen by simple random method among the teachers working in the 2017-2018 academic year at the official secondary schools in Küçükçekmece, İstanbul. Communication skills scale-adult form and organizational cynicism scale were used as data collection tools.
